Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or related to the Site shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the city of Bangalore applicable to contracts entered into and to be performed entirely within the city of Bangalore. Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation this paragraph. All disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Site, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
